Or develop promotions responsible for creating incremental sales boosts. Here are only a few of the many in-store promotions I’ve created for OSI/Henkel throughout my career. The strategy was to come up with regular and innovative promotions to entice customers into the retailers’ stores. Sometimes, the simplest marketing strategies worked the best. Client – OSI Sealants, Inc. A division of Sovereign Specialty Chemicals creativity to motivate portfolio samples ™ Project – Retail Marketing Effective marketing strategy should always begin by asking customers what sort of products, services and promotions they want. That gave us a better idea of how to market the products and improve their customer base. If there is one thing I learned about effective business strategy, it is to listen to your loyal customers and then cater to their needs through effective marketing strategy. Retail business is extremely competitive, and so even the smallest of creatively executed promotions we did gave us an edge over the competitors. The key is creativity blended with strategy will motivate sales. Client – OSI Sealants, Inc.
